We went for the feast on cloud 9 afternoon tea for my sisters birthday treat and all I can say is WOW! It was over and beyond my expectations the day was truly lovely . Staff so polite and helpful , food exceptional and the candy floss gin cocktails were to die for ! The whole experience is well worth doing and the staff were fantastic - we met Sarah the manger who was lovely and has a brilliant theme here and very proud she should be too ! If you want something different for that special treat then def book ! I will def be back next year for the afternoon tea and the evening meal too !

We had the most unforgettable experience at Feast on Cloud 9. The Chef Neil, catered to every single detail of my allergy request, Vegan and Veg options were so delicious and the Standard menu was extremely well thought out. Most creative and accomplished chef with attention to detail. SARAH our server and Kelly made my birthday Extremely special with a surprise candle. The atmosphere was vibrant, elegant, positive, and truly breathtaking.

3 stars given as an average of our experience. Paid for the Feast on cloud 9 afternoon tea experience. Setting and location - 5/5 Food - 1/5 The cakes and sandwiches were so dry, like they’d been sat out for a while. The icing on the cakes had virtually no taste. No tap water? We could only buy a bottle - strange. We had great service and the waiting staff were polite. Overall, the experience was lovely but the food didn’t match up to the stunning location and expectations for the price paid.

I chose Feast on Cloud 9 at the Grove for my husband's birthday and im glad i did. The place is amazing with amazing views and the food was great. Sarah was exceptional, she was very kind and sweet, and she paid so much attention to my daughters making this experience extra special. She also went above and beyond to take some really nice pictures of us although she didnt have to

We visited The Feast based at The Grove and WOW what an experience! Where do I start … upon arrival the balloons stand out from as soon as you walk through the hotel bar. This stands proud amongst the stunning backdrop. The service was exceptional and the attention to detail in every course was like nothing I have ever experienced. Each course was like an explosion of taste and the visual display was breath taking! We were unfortunately not blessed with the best weather ( this resulted in us sheltering initially under umbrellas) then moving to a sheltered area? However this did not detract from the exceptional food and world class service. However very poor service from the bar staff in the hotel before and after ( this includes 5 members of staff talking at the bar while we waited to be served for over 10 minutes!
